This Open Studio has been designated as an intermediate/advanced level. Open Studios are only staffed with a studio technologist, fostering an open space for you to create without instruction. For health and safety reasons, an intermediate level of knowledge is required to work independently with studio equipment and materials.
Immerse yourself in independent practice in a studio setting. Hone existing skills and develop new ones through self-directed projects Participants will have a designated wheel, storage space, ware cart, work table and use of studio equipment including: pug mill, slab roller, banding wheel, slump molds, stamps, extruder, batts, armatures, slip trailers, spray booth and sculpting stand. All clay must be purchased from the Red Door Store, which will include underglazes, glazes and firing.
