Applying to College
Apply for a full-time program online at the Ontario College Application Service (ontariocolleges.ca) website. February 1 is a key date to note. Applications which are received on or before this date will be regarded as having arrived on the same date. This means the date of submission, if it is before February 1, will not be an admission factor. Applications received after February 2 will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
February 1 is also the earliest admission offer date for applications to programs starting in September. Offers of admission to over-subscribed programs are sent beginning in mid-February. Offers of admission will continue to be processed until programs are filled or wait-lists are established.
Make Sure You Meet Admissions Requirements
If you are still in school or completing some of the admissions requirements for your program, you likely received an offer that was 'conditional' upon completion of those requirements. Make sure that you will meet all admissions requirements for your program and that you have submitted all required documentation by the start of class.
Check Your Program Immunization Requirements
Some programs at Fleming have additional health or immunization requirements. Verify if your program has any on the Health Services page and ensure that you submit necessary forms by the dates indicated.
Check For Other Non-Academic Requirements
Some programs also have additional non-academic requirements such as CPR, First Aid, or Criminal Reference Checks. Find your program and to check requirements.
Confirm Your Offer of Acceptance
Confirm your program offer on the Ontario College Application Service (ontariocolleges.ca) website by May 1, or by the date indicated in your offer of admission.
Apply for Residence
If you are applying for residence at the Sutherland Residence Village or Frost Residence, the deadline to apply online and submit the processing fee is April 17, 2017.
Make Your Money Plan
It's time to check out Financial Aid information. Calculate your budget, learn about the Ontario Student Assistance Program and apply on the OSAP website. Check out other Financial Aid options and find your Financial Aid Advisor.
Fee Payment: Secure Your Seat in Your Program
Take a look at fee payment and ensure that you've made the necessary payments by the date indicated in your Fee Notification Package.
