Our employment service teams are managed by Muskoka-Kawarthas Employment Services, a division of Fleming College. Together, we are ready to help people of all ages and abilities find meaningful employment.

We help students and graduates (less than two years) explore careers, develop a career plan, write cover letters and resumes, job search, prepare for interviews, and network with employers.

For more than 30 years, Fleming CREW (Community Resources for Employers and Workers) has been changing lives and workplaces by helping job seekers find work that is the right fit and employers build skilled and inclusive workforces. Services include job search, career planning, employment coaching, and access to government-funded training programs.
For Job Seekers, Alumni and Employers in the Muskoka-Kawarthas Economic Region
Muskoka-Kawarthas Employment Services (MKES) manages the operation of all employment service providers in Northumberland County, City and County of Peterborough, District of Muskoka, City of Kawartha Lakes, and Haliburton County including Fleming CREW. Services include 1-1 employment support and skills training programs.
