HOW TO PAY YOUR FEES
It is important that your fees are paid by the deadline to ensure you keep your seat and receive your timetable.
The preferred method for paying your fees is online through our secure payment portal:
- Login to your myCampus student portal.
- Select â€śMy Student Centreâ€ť from the left hand navigation menu.
- Scroll down the page and select â€śMake a Paymentâ€ť.
- Follow the instructions to complete your payment. Payment can be made by credit card, debit Visa, or debit card.
Other payment options are:
- Log into your online banking portal.
- Add payee using Fleming College.
- Select Fleming College - Fees or Tuition (not residence fees) to ensure your payment is applied correctly.
- You must use your student number as your account number.
Please note payments made through internet banking can take 3-5 business days to be processed to your student account.
CIBC International Student Pay
The preferred method for paying your fees is through our new online CIBC international payment portal. This portal allows you to pay by wire, bank or credit card in the currency of your choice, anywhere in the world. Make a payment now.

IMPORTANT: Bank transfer details must include your Student Number and Student Name in the transfer details so that the funds can be credited to your account. Please be advised that when sending wire transfers, the banks are providing a service to you. There will be service charges from your bank as well as ours.
Cheque or Money Order are made payable to Sir Sanford Fleming Clilege. Please make sure your name and student number are attached so we can apply it to the correct account. Failure to provide this may delay in us being able to process your payment.

If you are receiving OSAP funds, and your funding assessment is sufficient to cover your Tuition and Ancillary fees for the Academic year, you do not need to pay anything else beyond the $250 non-refundable Tuition Deposit. The remaining balance of your fees owing will be paid through your OSAP funds. You are responsible for ensuring that your OSAP application is complete and all necessary supporting documentation has been provided to the Financial Aid Office.
If you do not receive sufficient OSAP funds to cover your Tuition and Ancillary fees for the Academic year, you will be required to pay any shortfall between the remaining balance owing and what your OSAP funds will cover for each of the terms in which you attend. This amount is due by the final payment deadline. For non-traditional start programs the final payment deadline date will be specified in your fee notification.
You are required to pay the remaining balance of your fees owing by the deadline date detailed in the chart above. The remaining balance is your total Tuition and Ancillary fees less the Tuition Deposit that you have already paid, or for non-traditional start programs the Final Payment deadline date specified in our fee notification.
