Programs For Workplace (E) Graduates
Fleming College offers several programs that lead to rewarding careers for Workplace (E) Graduates.
If you have an OSSD with the majority of credits at the Workplace (e) level, including English you are eligible for entry into any of the programs listed below.
Programs for workplace graduates get students ready to enter the workforce and many lead to further program opportunities at Fleming.
Note:
- When Worplace (E) is the minimum course level for admission, (c) and (U/C) level courses are also accepted
- OLC 40 meets the English requirement
- Learning Support Services are available for all full time students at Fleming College, as required

Aquaculture Foundations | Aquaculture is a growing field that is facing labour shortages. Employers include public or private fish hatcheries or commercial farms. With supplementary education or industry experience, students could also potentially gain credentials to be considered for entry to our Aquaculture Co-op graduate certificate program. |
Agricultural Equipment Operator | Graduates of this program find employment as heavy equipment operators, general farm workers and greenhouse/nursery workers. |
Blasting Techniques | The only program of its kind in Canada. |
Esthetician | Graduate ready to work in destination spas, resorts, cruise ships, clinics, or with experience, open your own business. |
Heavy Equipment Operator | Graduate with skills to operate a variety of heavy equipment and learn about worksite and equipment safety. |
Mechanical Techniques – Plumbing | Gain trade-specific skills. |
Personal Support Worker | Grads may be eligible for the Bridge to Practical Nursing program. |
Trade Fundamentals | A sampler of basic level trades courses. Students can apply to semester 1 of Trades & Technology diplomas. |
