Thank you for taking an interest in making a donation and supporting Fleming College’s vision to offer the best possible learning opportunities for our students. We invite you to spend a few minutes exploring the different ways in which you can help through a number of projects. We encourage you to reach out to us if you would like further information on any of our initiatives or have interest in supporting a program area not listed.
Your meaningful contribution today will foster a successful tomorrow. What seed will you plant?
Supporting the Arboretum at the Frost Campus is a great way to care for our natural environment and our students who are working to become environmental leaders of tomorrow.
This program will support female students in a trades or technology program and will offer them financial scholarship, mentorship from women working in the sector, and networking and engagement opportunities. This suite of supports will help them to thrive in school and develop skills needed to enter high-demand trades and technology occupations.
Fleming students are leaders. They’re ready to make a difference - all they need is opportunity. And that is exactly what your gift will do.

A gift to the Fleming Food Security Fund will support food security related programs that directly address the needs of students who are struggling with food insecurity.
Capital equipment can be the lifeline of many College programs and a gift to support the Capital Equipment Fund will help our students to have the best hands-on learning experiences.
The Deans Excellence Fund has recently been established in each School. The Funds support each Dean's top priorities as they relate to advancing teaching and preparing future leaders.
As an active or former staff member the Family Campaign for Fleming College provides you with an opportunity to be a partner in building the education that our students deserve. We are so proud of the work we do at Fleming and we hope that you agree that our College is deserving of charitable funds, including through your own charitable giving. From bursaries and awards, to program innovations funds and capital equipment, you can choose to impact any area of the college that matters to you most. Your gift, whether large or small, will help engage, challenge and prepare Fleming students for a meaningful future.

Fleming College is committed to assisting donors in structuring their gifts to meet their personal objectives. Legacy giving, because of its flexibility and tax advantages, is increasingly a giving option of choice.
Our donors often give in memory or in honour of their friends and loved ones. When a donation is made we send out a card to the family or individual that is being honoured, acknowledging your generous donation. Your donation amount is kept in confidence unless you specifically request this information to be shared with the family.
The college welcomes and encourages donations of all kinds.
Gifts of cash provide donors with many flexible options. Donations can be designated for a specific program or project, or they can be unrestricted. They can be expended annually or endowed.

The Benches and Trees Donation Program provides an opportunity to make an enduring gift that will benefit countless students, employees and community members in the years to come.
Making an in-kind gift is a method in which to support Fleming without making an out of pocket monetary investment.
In-kind gifts take many forms - equipment, books, services and real estate are some common types of gifts.
A gift of mutual funds or appreciated securities of publicly traded companies listed on a stock exchange allows you to claim your tax credit and to avoid any capital gains on the stock. You receive a double benefit as long as the stock itself is transferred to the college.
A cash gift to create an endowment fund, bearing your name or that of someone you wish to honour, provides you with the satisfaction of knowing that the income generated by your endowment will continue contributing to the work of the college in perpetuity. This type of fund provides an opportunity for you and your family and friends, to add to the fund on an ongoing basis. The continued fund growth allows more opportunity for students to benefit from your generosity and ensures the longevity of your legacy.
