• A friendly, approachable, and inclusive environment
• Support with your transition to college
• Referral to other resources at Fleming that you may not be aware of
• Connection to community resources as needed
• Clarify and set achievable academic goals
• Provide information and clarity about college policies and procedures
• A home base for questions concerning challenges throughout your college journey
