You can join us to hear directly from student leaders, learn about your online learning space, and carry out practical and administrative tasks like planning your academic accommodation (if needed), speaking directly to financial aid staff, making social connections and much more before the semester even starts!

We have broken down Welcome Days into different sections, starting with the interactive hosted sessions followed by an opportunity for you to connect with specialists in various areas across the college.

We will also have an ‘Ask Me Anything’ room that is open from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm to help you navigate this online experience.

Welcome days FAQ

My program has immunization requirements. How do I find out more?
You can visit the Health Services website to determine if your program has immunization requirements. There will also be a representative in the Health and Wellbeing specialization room which is open 10:30 am – 12:00 pm during the Welcome Days events.
I have an IEP from high school. How do I learn about setting up accommodations at Fleming?
You can visit the Accessible Education Services website to learn more and register with them. You are also encouraged to visit the Learning Success specialization room at Welcome Days to talk directly with a counsellor about your individual circumstance.
How can get my books and program supplies?
You can visit the Campus Store online to find out about textbook and supply options or log into your portal to see your textbook list.
  1. Sign into myCampus
  2. Go to "My Campus Centre"
  3. Go to "My Student Centre"
  4. Click on the link called "Textbook List" (look for small print) located on the left
  5. Once you have selected this link, your booklist will appear on the screen
  6. Complete your selection and proceed to shopping cart. New, Used, Rental or Digital
  7. Complete your order

You can also visit the Academics specialization room during Welcome Days.
I have questions about OSAP and fee payments. Where do I go?
Every situation is unique. Please visit the Prepare and Get Ready specialization room to speak directly with a representative. You can also visit the Financial Aid For New Students page for more information and support
I’m worried about how I can connect with my peers and make friends in an online learning environment. What are the social connection opportunities at Fleming?
Fleming understands that social connections are important for your mental and physical health. We have many programs available to help you get involved and stay connected. Please visit the Social Connections specialization room to find out more.
