Course Code: LANG018

Building upon the learnings in LANG09, functions and grammar are reviewed and expanded to refine your signing skills. New strategies move from discussing activities, time concepts, and asking for repetition, to expanded cultural knowledge and sensitivity. You will rehearse various conversation strategies and volunteer appropriate information to maintain a comfortable exchange. This course covers Units 4-6 in the Signing Naturally Level 1 Curriculum. Pre-requisite of LANG09 is needed prior to taking this course. Successfully completing LANG09 and LANG18 meets current ASL1 standards.
