Course Code: MECH296

This course is designed to introduce well technicians to welding safety procedures and welding techniques that are required to produce a water tight seal (as required by Wells Regulation). The major topics discussed in this course include welding safety, upgrading well pits, techniques to produce a water-tight seal, and the identification of a good weld. MECP Approved Well Technician O.Reg. 903 7 CECs.
