Venipuncture and IV Therapy
Course Code: NRSG118
Examine the current principles and practice of safe venipuncture procedures and IV insertion and management. Professional standards, equipment, and documentation related to vascular access will be explored. Simulated lab experience will provide an opportunity to develop or enhance skills. For Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Paramedics, Lab Technicians, Cardiac Sonographers and Respiratory Therapists.
