Fleming College’s Sutherland Campus Celebrates Convocation

Published

Peterborough, ON – (June 8 2022) – After a two-year hiatus from in-person celebrations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Fleming College is hosting six in-person Convocation ceremonies at the Peterborough Sport and Wellness Centre June 14 – 17, 2022.

Convocation is one of the most important events at the College, and a pivotal moment in a student’s academic career.

This year, students in multiple programs will be graduating with their Indigenous Perspectives Designation (IPD). Those students will receive a letter acknowledging this accomplishment in their graduation package. IPD students have chosen to incorporate more in-depth knowledge of First Nation, Inuit and Métis peoples, cultures, histories, traditions, and contributions through the course of their Fleming College studies.
