Fleming HSAD Favourite Course Contest

1. Contest Name
   

   Fleming HSAD Favourite Course Contest (the “Contest”).

2. Eligibility
   

   The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are 16 years of age or older at the time of entry.

   Any selected entrant under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian provide written consent before being declared a winner and before the prize is awarded.

   Employees of Fleming College and members of their immediate household are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period
   

   The Contest begins on December 22, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on January 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Contest Period”). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
   

   No purchase is necessary.

   To receive one (1) entry, participants must complete all of the following on Instagram or Facebook during the Contest Period:

   • Follow @FlemingHSAD on Instagram and/or Facebook
   • Like the Contest post
   • Comment on the Contest post indicating which Fleming HSAD course they are most excited about for the 2026 Course Calendar
5. Bonus Entries
   

   Participants may earn additional entries by completing any of the following:

   • Tagging a friend in the comments (one [1] additional entry per tag)
   • Sharing the Contest post to their story or feed (one [1] additional entry per share)
   • There is no limit to the number of bonus entries, provided the required entry steps are completed.
6. Entry Conditions
   

   Entries must be submitted by an individual using their own valid social media account. Any attempt to enter using automated methods, fraudulent accounts, or duplicate accounts may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Fleming College.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
   

   One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on or about January 20, 2026.

   The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

   The selected entrant will be contacted via direct message on Instagram or Facebook and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours to confirm eligibility. If the selected entrant does not respond within the allotted time, an alternate entrant may be selected.

   Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance and within a time-limited period, a mathematical skill-testing question.

8. Prize
   

   The prize consists of one (1) free one-day workshop, to be used during the 2026 course calendar year, subject to availability and scheduling.

   The prize:

   • Has no cash value
   • Is non-transferable
   • Must be accepted as awarded

   If a selected workshop is cancelled or suspended, the winner will be contacted to select an alternate one-day workshop, subject to availability.

9. General Conditions
   

   By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Fleming College, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

   Fleming College reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time, for any reason, without notice, subject to applicable law.

   Fleming College is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries, or for any technical or platform-related issues.

   All entries become the property of Fleming College and will not be returned.

10. Release & Publicity
    

    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Fleming College, its employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or use of the prize.

    The winner may be required to sign a release and publicity consent prior to receiving the prize.

11. Privacy
    

    Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with Fleming College’s privacy policies, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), and CASL.

12. Platform Disclaimer
    

    This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
