Program Overview
Fleming College is an approved Training Delivery Agent (TDA) to offer block release (full-time) training in the following trades:
- 403A General Carpentry
- 309A Electrician: Construction & Maintenance
- 306A Plumber
Eligibility
The Ontario Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development defines eligibility requirements for apprenticeship training. Please check their website for all requirements: Apprenticeship in Ontario: Apprenticeship in Ontario
Please note: Fleming College does not send offers out for In-School Training classes. These are sent by email from the Ministry approximately 15 weeks prior to the start of classes. If you have not received an offer, we recommend you contact your Ministry Employment and Training Consultant (ETC) to inquire when you are eligible to attend. If you do not know who your ETC is you may call the Employment Ontario Hotline 1-800-387-5656 and they can assist you.

Ontario College Certificate
Upon completion of your Level III training, you will be issued an Ontario College Certificate and will be prepared to tackle all the challenges that a career as a skilled tradesperson has to offer.
