Campus Closure Notice: February 12

Due to the anticipated heavy snowfall expected this evening, all in-person classes at Sutherland, Frost, and Haliburton campuses, including Continuing Education classes, will be cancelled as of 6 p.m. The campuses will also be closing, and we encourage all staff and students to begin departing the college as soon as possible.

We will continue to assess the weather overnight, and will provide an update regarding classes early tomorrow morning. We currently anticipate campuses will be open tomorrow.

Please check back as we will continue to monitor the weather and share updates on Facebook, X, Instagram, and mycampus.flemingcollege.ca. Please use extra caution when travelling to and from campus.

Fleming Student Hardship Micro-Bursaries

Ensuring accessibility through financial assistance for students in need is among our highest priorities at Fleming College, especially in today's difficult economic times where an increasing number of families are facing many challenges.

Fleming Student Hardship Micro-Bursaries will be established to support micro-bursaries for students facing emergency or hardship situations and unmet critical needs of student life at any time of the year. Students must declare an emergency or time sensitive financial need that is causing them hardship and impacting their life as a student.

We want a student population that reflects the diversity of Canada. We want the Fleming experience to be open to qualified students regardless of their financial circumstances. We must be prepared to give them the ability and incentive to choose us.

Please invest in the future of our students as they realize their dream of a quality college education.
