Testing Services - Faculty and Staff

Accommodated Testing

Students registered with Accessible Education Services (AES) and have approved test accommodations may choose to schedule to write their tests with AES testing. Instructors are notified via email when a student has scheduled their write their accommodated test with AES.

Students must book their tests with AESTesting 7 days in advance. Students who do not book by the deadline will be required to write in class.

Faculty will login, review and approve student test requests.

D2L Testing

Please complete the On-line Test Request form and submit it to Sherri Crump by Friday of week 2. If you will be submitting a new test to upload into D2L, please submit to Sherri 7 days in advance of the testing date.

Missed and Make-up Tests

Students who missed an in-class assessment may, with instructor approval, complete the test in our testing centres. Please email us at AEStesting@flemincollege.ca (Sutherland Campus) or AESTestingFrost@flemingcollege.ca (Frost campus) and include information such as course name/code, student name, student number, exam type (e.g., paper or D2L), as well as the length of test and preferred start date and time.
