Food Handler Certification
Food Handler Certification, offered in partnership with the Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge District Health Unit, ensures food safety proficiency for individuals and groups, as mandated by the Ministry of Health. The training is available in three flexible formats (in-person, self-study, and exam-only for those previously certified). It can also be provided as a group training, making it ideal for employers, schools, not-for-profit organizations, and more.
Trades Safety Certifications
- Working at Heights Certification and Refresher Training: Available in person with multiple start dates, this training ensures compliance with provincial safety standards. It’s ideal for individual learners and teams, with corporate training options available for employers.
- WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System): This convenient online module lets you start anytime, providing essential safety training for handling hazardous materials in the workplace.
