The countdown is on! Our Spring Open House is happening on Saturday, April 11, and while we can’t wait to see you on campus, the excitement starts the moment you sign up.

When you pre-register, you aren’t just putting your name on a list; you’re activating a personalized digital ‘My Open House” experience designed specifically for you. It’s a customized digital hub designed to help you navigate your future at Fleming before you even step through our campus doors.

Here is how to make the most of your experience:.

Step 1: Claim your Open House ticket

First, visit our Open House web page. Fill out the online registration form, then click the white register button.

Once you’ve signed up, check your inbox. You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail containing your official Fleming Open House ticket that includes a unique QR code and an access code.

Step 2: Enter the My Open House portal

If you’re ready to explore your personalized page, go back to the main Open House page and scroll midway down until you spot a teal coloured button that says ‘Go to your Open House portal’. You have two easy ways to log in:

  • Use the name and e-mail you used during registration.
  • Enter your unique access code from your ticket.

Step 3: Explore information tailored to you

Once you’re in, you’ll find that your My Open House portal is tailored specifically to your interests.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Access your QR code: Quickly find your QR code and ticket ID for quick check-in when you join us on April 11.
  • Add Open House to your calendar: Easily add our Open House event to your calendar so you don’t miss your opportunity to explore rewarding careers.
  • View our Open House agenda: Find details to help you plan your visit such as times for information sessions and activities.
  • Meet your Student Recruitment Advisor: Connect with your dedicated Student Recruitment Advisor who can answer your questions about programs, campus life, and more.
  • Find programs that fit: Learn about programs that interest you most, plus discover similar programs that align with your career goals.
  • Student testimonials: Watch videos of students sharing their real-life experiences and what it’s like to study at Fleming.
  • Digital tour: Take a virtual campus tour to gain a sense of what to expect when you arrive on campus.
  • Discover student service areas: Learn about our student service areas that will support your success at Fleming including Admissions, Financial Aid, Housing, Food Services, Accessible Education, the Library, and Athletics.
  • Say Yes to Fleming: If you’re ready to apply for a program or accept your offer, you don’t have to wait until Open House on April 11. Your Open House portal is a great place to Say Yes to Fleming.
