Wendy Fucile

Wendy Fucile holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Public Administration from Queens University. She has worked extensively in both health and education, holding management and executive positions in both fields. Currently a sessional faculty member at Trent University and a part time manager at Fleming College, Wendy served as the Dean of Nursing at Trent and was, for many years, the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Peterborough Regional Health Centre. In addition to her work in these areas, Wendy bring with her leadership experience in the volunteer professional sector, as a Past President of the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario and a past Board Member of a range of organizations including the Canadian Nurses Association. A Fellow in the CHSRF EXTRA (Executive Training in Research Applications) program, Wendy brings real world experience, as a nurse, an educator a manager and a leader to the classroom.
