Theo Selles' business, Integrity Works, specializes in increasing organizational productivity through fun, interactive, values-based team-based learning. Theo grew up in a family business and owned his first business when he was 21. He's held a variety of supervisory positions, been a director in a non profit association, and a manager in a children's mental health agency. Theo has purposely set out to have a wide variety of life experiences including hitchhiking over 20,000 miles around North America, teaching, authoring a book, radio broadcasting, stand-up comedy, and parenting a teenager. He has also been a Registered Family Therapist for close to 20 years. All of those experiences have uniquely equipped him to approach organizational challenges through an innovative and creative lens.
