Sabine Fischer

Sabine Fischer , M.A., CPCC is passionate about giving people skills be successful in life and at work and she knows that motivated and competent employees translate into effective business management, profits and sustainable workplace cultures. Sabine is the principal of Integra Leadership and Integra Skills Counselling, and she offers leadership development to individuals and organizations through personal coaching, training and psychotherapy. Sabine works with her clients to remove barriers to success and to foster skills and behaviors which increase self-confidence and performance on a personal and professional level. She is a certified coach and team culture specialist, a trained mediator and facilitator, and a credentialed psychotherapist. Sabine gained her appreciation of organizational financial realities in her previous career in investment finance, and she has taught management students at all levels from various business sectors in Europe as well as in Canada.
