Faculty: Kevin Olinger

Born in the heart of Switzerland and raised in Canada, Chef Kevin Olinger began his career at a young age as an eager apprentice in the family establishments in both countries. A graduate of Fleming College?s Culinary Management program, he has successfully managed kitchens across central Ontario and is a seasoned instructor in Fleming?s culinary program. His extensive experience in cuisines and cooking techniques from around the world has given him a deep appreciation in all things food. Culinary classes with Chef Kevin are always interactive, fun and rewarding as his shares his passion for flavours and culinary skills.
