Dianne Karg Baron

Dianne Karg Baron has been exploring various forms of wirework for almost 30 years. The award- winning artist has bent, twisted, woven, hammered, fused, and knitted her way through many kilograms of metal. Always attracted by clean lines & forms, her recent work focuses on ?ligree & enamel as well as historical and modern adaptations of Viking Knitting. Her jewelry has been extensively published in books and magazines including in 500 Earrings by Lark Books and included in exhibitions such as The Art of the Bimbo, at Woman Made Gallery, Chicago, IL (2022) The Earring Show, at the Craft Council of BC (2020-21). Her jewelry is in private collections in Australia, Canada, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, and the USA. A graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University (Interior Design, 1988), Dianne is a member of the Society of North American Goldsmiths.
