Celeste Scopelites

Celeste Scopelites holds a BA from the University of Guelph, an AOCA, Ontario College of Art and Design, Toronto and an MFA from the Cranbrook Academy of Art, Michigan where her focus of study was Fibre Arts. In addition to her own practice, she was Manager of the Residency Program and Curator, Living Art Centre, Mississauga, Director/Curator at the Art Gallery of Sudbury and is currently the Director of the Art Gallery of Peterborough. She is active in the fine art and craft field, is on the Craft Ontario Board of Directors and continues to find inspiration in the study of textiles.
