Those who work with vulnerable community members require the ability to effectively manage crisis and stresses caused by our rapidly changing world. This leadership course will focus on leading your team through crisis as well as helping them anticipate and deescalate crisis situations while avoiding burn-out. Topics relating to self-care and stress-management strategies will be explored. The second half of the course will cover how to address change through dissemination strategies, building team resilience, and change management including how to engage employees during a time of change.
