Course Code: ARTS3001

One of the best ways to learn about stained glass repair is to understand how a piece was constructed in the first place. In a safe working environment, you will begin by closely examining each piece before any repairs are made. You will learn how to analyze its construction and develop an appropriate repair strategy. The course will cover reinforcing completed pieces when needed, cleaning glass and metal components and properly polishing the finished work. Any related electrical or wood repairs that may be required will be addressed.
