Using a case study method and Microsoft Project, you will work through a simulated mock project where various project management tools and techniques will be applied. Working in teams, you will initiate, plan, execute, control, and close the simulated project. Activities will include project planning, decision-making, problem-solving, and presenting project progress. Previous study or experience in Project Management is necessary to successfully complete this course.
