Project Contracting, Procurement and Quality Management

Learn how to manage the procurement cycle from start to finish, while ensuring a high level of quality throughout the process. We'll delve into project requirements, such as features and deliverables, and use quantitative methods to prioritize theses. You'll discover the key components of a quality management plan and the tools used in quality planning, assurance and control. You'll learn how to create a procurement management plan, identify key factors for making decisions, manage the bid process, from seller solicitation to selection, and quantify applications. Relevant legal issues, such as contract types and procurement terms, will also be examined. Lastly, we'll explore how to manage change throughout the process or take action when things don't end up as planned.
