Explore the connections between neuroscience and art, and discover how creativity, nature, and community can support joy and mental health resilience. You will engage in simple, accessible activities that encourage relaxation, happiness, and creative expression, with practical ideas you can incorporate into everyday life.T hrough a series of sensory experiences and art-making activities, build understanding and confidence in using creativity as a tool for well-being. Incorporate these elements into your daily life to continue to strengthen your joy muscles, and light sparks of joy in others. The course culminates in a collaborative, interactive, multimedia art installation, bringing together shared ideas and creative work. Suitable for all experience levels, including professional creatives.
