We will support you with identifying funding sources, submitting funding proposals, learning about research ethics, finding an industry partner, as well as the many other facets of research, including publishing your results.
We will help you with the following:
Identify research funding sources
There are many funding sources available to you to support your research. Some of the typical college research funding sources available are:
|CONII||Proof of Principle||Up to $30,000|
|NSERC||Applied Research Development||Up to $150,000|
|OCE||Connections||Up to $3,500|
|OCE||Technical Problem Solving||Up to $25,000|
There are also a variety of provincial funding grants available.
Contact us so that we can help support your proposal and perhaps find additional funding for you. If you've already secured funding, let us know so that we can help administer your grant funds.
Develop research proposals
Over the past five years, our research office staff have secured over $8M in research funding and are experts in knowing what funders are looking for in a research proposal. We can help you simplify the process, develop research budgets, and review and edit proposals to ensure you submit the best proposal possible.
Our staff regularly attends workshops and conferences to learn about upcoming funding opportunities and are always aware of what funding is available for specific types of research.
Research Ethics Review
We can help you submit an application that meets the requirements of the Tri-Council Policy Statement on Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans. Please see Research Ethics for further details.
Collaborate with an industry partner
