External Exam Invigilation / Proctoring for other Colleges, Universities and Professional Institutions

External exam scheduling hours

• Mondays: 9:00am - 12:00pm
• Wednesdays: 4:30pm - 7:30pm
• Fridays: 12:00pm - 3:00pm

It is possible to be scheduled during day-time hours if other testing is going on; please inquire if you would like to book alternative times during the day.

The following information is required to schedule your request:

• Name
• Telephone number
• Home address
• Email address
• Institution name and Student ID
• Course name/ number
• Date and time you wish to write the exam
• Time allotted to write the exam
• Exam format: paper or online

Please email the above information to supervisedtesting@flemingcollege.ca and we will confirm the day and time with you by email. We require 7 days notice prior to writing date, to schedule tests.

Individual student fees:

• $60.00 / exam up to 3 hours
• $100.00 / exam longer than 3 hours up to 6 hours
• $25.00 rescheduling fee
• Group fees available upon request
