Fleming College and Robert Gordon University Aberdeen partner to offer additional new pathways

Published

Fleming College and Robert Gordon University (RGU) in Aberdeen will be renewing and expanding pathway opportunities between the programs.

The two institutions signed an articulation agreement to allow qualified Fleming College students to study the corresponding RGU courses at the Robert Gordon University in Scotland.

Over the last three years, Fleming College and RGU have worked collaboratively to expand pathway opportunities, increasing the number of program titles offered from seven to 10.

“We are happy to announce the additional new pathways that will offer exciting new opportunities for students at both RGU and Fleming College,” said Maxine Mann, Dean of Fleming College’s School of Business and the School of Trades and Technology. “This agreement will broaden the subject matter for student learning experiences and will offer new and interesting hands-on skills that will truly deepen the scope of their degree.”

Any Fleming College student who successfully enrols into RGU courses will be given a £3,000 scholarship as a reduction on first year full-fee tuition costs.

“We are pleased to collaborate with Fleming College on this new articulation agreement and expand the program titles available,” said Elizabeth Hancock, Vice Principal of Academic Development and Student Experience, RGU. “The agreement recognizes the skillset and knowledge Fleming College students will bring to Robert Gordon University. We are proud to provide these opportunities for students to continue their education.”

There are currently 10 program titles offered at Fleming College that are eligible for admission at RGU that range in topics such as Business, Hospitality, Human Resource Management and Computer Engineering and Technology.
