Community Integration through Cooperative Education program: Jan. 14 info session

Published

Fleming College’s Community Integration through Cooperative Education (CICE) program will host a special information session on Tuesday, Jan. 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. in Room 561 of the Sutherland Campus, 599 Brealey Dr., Peterborough.

CICE is a two-year certificate program that offers a combination of academic courses and cooperative education opportunities for students with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, mild intellectual disabilities or brain injury.

The information session will include a program overview, parent/supporter information, and application process and details, as well as OSAP and residence information.

The CICE program is unique as it provides students an opportunity to continue their education in a college environment. Learning in the program focuses on personal development, human growth and essential employability skills.
