Fleming College is incredibly grateful for the strong partnerships we have with hospitals, which benefit School of Health and Wellness students by providing clinical learning environments and experiential learning. Without their support, Fleming could not offer the real-world environment needed to refine skills, and we wanted to show our gratitude and offer help during this difficult time.

Fleming College delivered donations to Haliburton Highlands Health Services, Peterborough Regional Health Centre, and Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ont. Items donated include: N95 masks, surgical/procedural masks, nitrile gloves, eye protection, and gowns and covers.

“We are tremendously grateful for healthcare workers, who are heroically caring for our communities amidst this pandemic. We want to ensure that we have shared everything that we have so that they have what they need,” said Fleming College President Maureen Adamson. “We are also thankful for their ongoing partnerships with Fleming College, which give our students the opportunity to refine their skills through experiential learning.”
