Explore campus with a guided tour and check out your new home away from home inside residence. Tours run every 15 minutes.

Financial Aid Presentation

Find out about financial assistance options, including OSAP, bursaries and scholarships.

1-on-1 Application Support

The first 25 applicants will have their application fee waived — a $150 value.

Do I need to register to attend?
While walk-ins are welcome, we encourage you to register in advance so we can plan for your visit and keep you informed of any event updates.
Can I bring a parent, family member or friend?
Absolutely! Family members and supporters are welcome to attend and learn more about Fleming alongside you.
What should I bring with me?
If you'd like assistance with your application or offer, bring any relevant information such as your Ontario Education Number (OEN), application details, or offer letter. Don't worry if you don't have everything, we're here to help.
Will I be able to speak with someone about financial aid, scholarships or OSAP?
Yes. Members of our Student Services team will be available to answer questions about OSAP, scholarships, bursaries and other financial supports available to students.
Where should I park, and is parking free?
Free event parking will be available on campus. Detailed parking and arrival information will be sent to registered attendees before the event.
Can I attend if I haven't applied to Fleming yet?
Yes! Whether you're ready to apply or still exploring your options, our team can help you understand your next steps and find the program that's right for you.
Can I still attend if my program is offered at Frost or Haliburton School of Art + Design (HSAD)?
Yes! While the event takes place at Sutherland Campus, students interested in programs offered at Frost Campus or HSAD are encouraged to attend. Our team can answer your questions and help you take the next step toward becoming a Fleming student.
I want to start at Fleming this fall. Is it too late?
Not necessarily. Many programs are still accepting applications, and residence spaces remain available. Visit us at the event to explore your options and receive personalized support from our team!
