Kawartha Community Church Student Bursary

This fund was established by the Donor in 2009 to assist Sir Sandford Fleming College students.

Kawartha Community Church (KCC) began in 2001 by a group of people interested in creating a place of community and dialogue about faith for people from the Kawartha region. The desire of this community is to provide a resource and learning for people who are interested in faith without the traditional styles normally associated with religion. In doing so, they have created a comfortable, dynamic model of community that has grown to over 500 in weekly attendance in the lecture theatres at Sir Sandford Fleming College on Sunday mornings. KCC is providing this bursary in recognition of individuals who share our goals of making a difference in our community through acts of compassion to help make the world a better place.

Awarded to a full-time student enrolled in any business program with a GPA of 2.7 or higher who demonstrates financial need.

Registered students with an active timetable are able to apply for all bursaries that are administered by the college though our single on-line bursary application.

By completing this application, you will be considered for all college-administered bursaries and scholarships for which you are eligible. To apply, log into myCampus (the student portal), and go to the Student Centre section. The Apply Now! button will open the on-line application as long as you have a valid SIN on file. If you do not have a valid SIN on file, you are required to provide proof of SIN (any government issued document with your name and SIN) and government issued photo-id at the Registrar's Office so your record may be updated. Please note that bursary applications will not be evaluated until after the application deadline date.
