Wesley Brooker

Wesley Brooker, a Canadian artist and sculptor, draws inspiration from the rugged landscapes of Lake Huron?s north channel, where he spent his formative years. His artistic journey included a longstanding presence as an artist at the Ethel Curry Gallery in Haliburton and membership in the artists of Cedar Lake Studios in Cambridge, Ontario. In 2005, he earned an Artist Blacksmith certi?cation from Fleming?s Haliburton School Arts + Design, followed by an advanced diploma in Graphic Design from St. Lawrence College. In 2016, Wesley returned to Haliburton to study stone carving, inspired by the timeless beauty of Canadian Shield stone. His sculptures merge traditional carving techniques with contemporary aesthetics, re?ecting his upbringing and creative evolution. Today, Wesley?s work is featured at La Belle Galerie in Old Quebec City, and he accepts commissions that celebrate the timelessness of stone. Now based in Cambridge, Ontario, he continues to create art honouring nature?s enduring beauty. For More Information: @whiteravenstone | whiteravenstone.com
