Tara Love connects with her natural surroundings to create relaxed, functional stoneware pottery in the heart of Dorset, Ontario. She began her full-time commitment to clay shortly after completing her studies at NSCADU in Halifax. She moved from her hometown of Toronto to Dorset in 2007 to open her studio and gallery, Love Pottery. Tara?s love of travel has inspired clay creative projects in India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Colorado, Guatemala and more. Although she has exhibited her work at various venues, her favourite place to exhibit her work is exactly where she makes it. Love Pottery Gallery is open seasonally and pottery production in the studio continues year-round.
