Ronnie Buttar is currently Plant Manager of Weetabix of Canada, a manufacturing business supplying both Branded and Private label products. He has extensive experience in plant management including international experience and leading large-scale Change Management initiatives. He previously worked in the Dairy Industry and in the Chilled Food Sector. A Food Technologist Graduate and Safety Professional, he has held various Operational roles including budgetary and human resources oversight. He specializes in the Change Management arena with proven experience in best practices for sustainable change and developing a CI culture inclusive of a bottom-up approach to sustainability.
