Kaspar Skinner

Kaspar Skinner is a career leather craftsman and educator with over eight years of experience designing and making a wide variety of leather goods across Ireland and the UK. He is from Dublin, Ireland, and moved to Canada in 2020. Having originally trained as a furniture maker, he found leather to offer a more versatile and challenging medium that fewer people widely practice. He has a passion for finding the limits that the material can be pushed to, cross-collaboration with other materials, and finding innovative techniques to apply to this traditional craft.
