Isabel Neveu-Geene

Isabel Neveu-Geene is a ceramic and multi-disciplinary artist based in Haliburton. Isabel's ceramics focus on her connection to her childhood whimsy and the natural world. She includes vibrant colours, textures, and various firing techniques to include play in her work and exploration in clay. Isabel creates mostly functional vessels and dabbles in the sculptural side of the craft. After graduating as Valedictorian from HSAD's Integrated Design and Ceramics programs in 2021, Isabel worked as a studio tech at HSAD, mentored under professional local potters before opening her own pottery practice in 2023. Isabel participates in many local art events, including The Haliburton Highlands Studio Tour, The Haliburton Art and Craft Festival, Muskoka Art and Craft Festival, and more. She loves sharing her craft with folks of all ages and is thrilled to be a new faculty member at HSAD. For More Information: @ing_.studios
