Colleen Carruthers is a senior consultant, executive coach and experienced faculty member with Fleming College. She works with leaders and their organizations to improve the way they learn, work, and communicate. An accomplished facilitator and executive coach, she has worked for more than 15 years with senior leaders, in a variety of business sectors, including manufacturing, government, health care, retail, financial services and professional services. Colleen has facilitated a wide variety of programs including: conflict management, communication skills, technical writing, business writing, presentation skills, change leadership and business coaching. Additionally, she has provided one-to-one coaching services as part of many executive leadership programs. Before working in the consulting industry, Colleen held senior level management positions in marketing, sales, learning and development and human resources.
Tara McDonough is a corporate coach, facilitator and mechanical engineer. Tara specializes in leadership development, transitioning teams through culture change, and continuous improvement, including Lean and Six Sigma. Previous to coaching, Tara worked in various process engineering, six sigma Black Belt and marketing leadership positions at a Fortune 50 company, followed by consulting in education. Tara’s formal training includes a Bachelors of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelors of Education from Trent University. She is also a certified professional Co-Active coach, an organizational relationship systems coach, and a certified member of the International Coach Federation.
