Writing for Your Life

Course Code: ARTS2645

We all have important stories to tell and unique experiences to share. And these stories and experiences can take on different shapes, and inspire new discoveries, depending how we choose to share them. This course will support writers in their journey by introducing the fundamentals and multi-faceted possibilities of fiction, creative nonfiction, screenwriting, and poetry. Writers will gain hands-on experience and create original work through writing prompts, readings, screenings, and discussions. This course is suitable for all, whether you are just beginning your writing journey or are an experienced writer looking for a jumpstart and refresher.
