Small Wonders - Botanical Monoprints Workshop

In this nontoxic watercolour monoprint class you will produce a series of small delicately beautiful botanical images that will be set like jewels. You will be introduced to three different ways of using the translucent pigments: a sparkling, spackling monoprint, a double plate print and the Chine Colle print process using your choices of colour and texture from a large array of Japanese papers. No previous experience with watercolours or printmaking is needed to take home a series of beautiful small wonders from this workshop.
A $25 material fee payable to the instructor will be needed on your first day of class
