This course is designed for expressive arts facilitators, camp counsellors, educators, and anyone leading drum and rhythm circles. Explore a wide range of facilitation techniques for working with diverse groups, from caregivers and hospice volunteers to inclusive community circles. The course addresses situations that can arise in group settings and offers practical strategies for responding thoughtfully and effectively. Facilitators working with children, teens, adults, and both active and sedentary seniors will benefit from hands-on experience building percussion instruments from recycled and found materials. The course emphasizes adaptability, creativity, and inclusive engagement through rhythm-based activities.
