This course is designed to provide the student with theoretical concepts required to provide nursing care to clients in a variety of settings. Case studies and group discussions will form the basis of this course. Humanistic caring, reflective practice and therapeutic use of self-care are the theoretical approaches to nursing practice that are integrated throughout the course.
