Gain a clear understanding of how municipal bylaws are generated, passed and enforced by municipal governments. Municipal statutes, such as zoning bylaws, animal control bylaws and licensing are studied. You also learn about preparing for court in regard to offences against municipal codes and the importance of good note taking. We also explore the importance of bylaws and municipal investigations.
