Victor Waselenko BCom, BEd

Professor: Business, Business Administration

Meet Victor Waselenko, a jack-of-all-trades with a passion for business and education! As the Program Coordinator for the General Business and Business Administration programs at Fleming College, Victor helps students navigate the often-challenging transition from secondary to post-secondary education. Not only does he coordinate these programs, but he also teaches various courses within them, bringing a wealth of real-world experience to his students.

Victor is an accomplished business professional and entrepreneur. Prior to joining Fleming College, he held several key roles within the business sector where he excelled in driving business growth and achieving measurable results for corporations like Shoppers Drug Mart and Macs Convenience Stores. His personal passion for soccer led him to open his own soccer specialty store called Soccer Plus, which is now operated exclusively online. Beyond his professional pursuits, Victor is actively involved in the community as a soccer coach and player with the Peterborough City Soccer Association. Additionally, he is passionate about animal welfare, and volunteers as a foster for Golden Rescue, an organization dedicated to helping displaced dogs find their forever homes.
