Staffing Update – Letter from Board Chair, Don Gillespie 

I am pleased to share that Dr. Theresa Knott will assume the role of interim president of Fleming College effective January 1, 2026.

Given the sectoral head winds that the College is facing, Theresa’s background, knowledge and leadership will be essential to our future relationships, both within the College and with the greater community.

I want to thank Theresa Knott and Al Lambert for their dedication to the well-being of the College this past year.

Julie Ferrari, Chief of Staff, continues to be the liaison with myself and the Board. Please join me in congratulating Theresa in her new interim role.
