Fleming College planning to resume in-person activities for Winter 2022
Peterborough ON – (Nov. 10, 2021) – Fleming will eagerly welcome back in-person classes and services for January 2022. With over 50 programs starting new semesters in January, the College will expand on-campus offerings, while continuing to ensure the health and safety of students, staff and faculty remain a priority.
Applications are open for the Winter semester, and all courses will start the week of January 10, 2022, on all campuses. For most programs, on-campus activities will also return to enrich the learning environment, with the exception of courses that are typically delivered in an online format. For more information about programs starting in Winter, visit our January Start webpage. On-campus amenities and services, including the learning resource commons, libraries, bookstores, food services, and sports and recreation centres, will also be available. On-campus residences will be operating at 100 per cent capacity and the College will be supporting landlords in our communities who are interested in welcoming students into their rental properties.
To ensure the safety of the Fleming community, a campus-wide vaccination policy will remain in effect on all Fleming campuses and facilities. Additional safety protocols, such as masking and enhanced cleaning, will also continue. For more information and updates on measures in place, please see Fleming’s COVID-19 information page.
As we plan to come together in-person for the Winter, we remain steadfast in our commitment to the safety of everyone in the Fleming College community. We look forward to connecting, catching up and seeing students in-person in 2022. Some things are just better in real life.
